How to Use
How do I store Elixire Belle™ products?
Generally, it is recommended to store skincare in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
What is the right sequence for using the capsule with a daily skincare routine?
Apply the capsule serum immediately after cleansing the face, as it delivers potent actives to the skin.
How often should I apply this capsule serum?
It’s recommended to use capsule serum once a day. Or may selectively pair the capsule – Retinol + Vitamin C or Retinol + HA Or Vitamin C + HA.
Is it normal for my skin to feel tingling sensations when using Elixire Belle™ ANHYDROUS 22% PURE VITAMIN C?
Experiencing tingling sensations after using ANHYDROUS 22% PURE VITAMIN C is normal, due to the potent dose of Vitamin C. If you encounter persistent discomfort during initial use, consider spacing out your application by using one capsule every other day for the first week. Then, gradually transition to applying one capsule every morning.
After using Elixire Belle™ capsule serum along with my other skincare products. I’ve noticed some residue. How can I address this issue?
Proper layering order is crucial. Apply the Elixire Belle™ capsule serum immediately after facial cleansing, then wait for 3-5 minutes before applying any additional skincare products. This approach will help prevent residue buildup.
Shipping and Tracking
Does Elixire Belle™ ship to East and West Malaysia?
Yes, we currently ship our products to East & West Malaysia for a flat shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside Malaysia. We apologise for any inconvenience.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order here by keying in your order details (Email Address & Order Number). Once your order is sent out you will be emailed a tracking link so you can keep tabs on your parcel.
Purchase and Processing
How long are the orders processed for delivery?
Most orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days) with an additional 2 to 5 working days for shipping via our partners, depending on your location. Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding major public holidays.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
- All purchases are subject to bank authorisation before processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped.

When you click ‘Order Status’ you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
Does Elixire Belle™ offer returns or refunds?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns and refunds after purchase. In the case where you’ve received an incorrect order or faulty item, do drop us an email at hello@elixirebelle.com and we will be in contact with you very soon!
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@elixirebelle.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Cannot ship to the address provided.
- A duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to customer request
